Position Overview:
Work with school counselors, cooperating organizations, and community partners to select students to attend the leadership seminar. Correspond with selected students and their families to ensure all required paperwork is completed and questions are answered. Position reports to the HOBY South Dakota corporate board and HOBY International and is responsible for overall team accountability. Full position description is available upon request. Previous HOBY experience is strongly preferred. This position requires a significant amount of advanced work.
Minimum Knowledge, Experience, & Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Team player — willing to help out where needed
- Individual should be professional, detail oriented and able to multitask
- Microsoft Excel Knowledge is preferred but not required
